CONFIRMAR el auto del catorce (14) de mayo de dos mil quince (2015), que rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Marcos Quiroz Gutierrez contra el numeral 1o del articulo 41 de la Ley 1563 de 2012, "Por medio de la cual se expide el Estatuto de Arbitraje Nacional e Internacional y se dictan otras disposiciones".
